Broadly, my research interests are in the areas of Marketing and Organizational Behaviour. In Marketing, my research interests include Consumer Behavior, Services Marketing, Internet Marketing, Cross-cultural Marketing and Rural Marketing. In Organizational Behaviour, my interests include Educational Leadership, Socio-Technical Design systems and Organizational Culture. I am passionate about studies in Services Quality, with specific focus on Quality Management in Education. This has been my doctoral reaserch area, and I shall always continue working on this.
